Standings are based on the following system:

Rank is based on points: each team scores 3 points for each win, 1 point for each tie, and 0 points for each loss
Ties are broken by:
Head-to-head (in the case of two teams)
Point differential (in the case of 3 or more teams when head-to-head does not apply.  Max point differential for each game is +/-6)
